Hello, I can help you with the book document in Adobe indesign. I am an experienced indesign professional. One of mine specialties are long documents e,g. manuscripts, romans and books. All documents use the features that indesign offers to create a document that has the same look and feel through out the book. Table of Contents, running header are one of the features to make it easy for a reader to find his way in the book. At you project description, you didn't tell how many pages there are in the book. Also i would like to know how the original indesign are made. Could you show me? Do you mean by index an table of content? or an reference page with a word list.
