Create marketing package - market this

We currently have a website with 30k members. As this site runs pretty good, I`d like to offer marketing opportunities for clients. This project is to create marketing packages only. Ideally the partner we hire would later on be taking care of the marketing itself, meanig to market the advertising space created (seperate project will follow for this, but it´s a big plus if you already can confirm that you are available for this). Creating a marketing package means to creat graphs, bring in creative ideas to make things attractive, etc. I´m looking here for a unique solution.
