Backlinks Required for IT Support Website

We require backlinks for our current IT Site, they are to be backlinks with our specific words, and they must be in IT Support related sites. We can give you the phrases required, and the linking text and site that will need to be linked. We want at least 100 Backlinks, must be matching the following criteria: + ONLY RELATED ARTICLE SITES (must be reported us before creating backlink upto 10 links max.) + NO DIRECTORY SITES. (Only allowed at most 5 high PR sites and must be reported us before creating backlink) + NO COMMENTS + NO LINK FARMS + All links must be "do follow." + All linking websites must be English ONLY in US, Canada, or Europe. + All linking websites must be .COM, .ORG, .NET, .GOV, .EDU + Links must be DIRECTLY from a Google PR4+ page + Links must not be too spammy + Linking page must already be indexed in Google, Bing and Yahoo. + Link page must be search engine friendly (no redirects, cloaking, etc.) + Page should not be excluded by [login to view URL] + No links within newsgroups + All links must be One way non-reciprocal links. + Links should be from relevant websites. + Links must be permanent, active, never expiring. + Links must be in text, no graphics. + Only Links from forums which will be specified to you must be created. (Any other forum entries must be reported us before creation.) + Forum membership or any membership informations must be given to us. + No links from: torrent sites, file sharing forums, guestbooks, classifieds, dynamic links, link-exchange programs, submission, Free For All websites (FFA), hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic, black hat sites, spam sites, web rings, newsgroups, rented links, scraped content sites, mirror sites, orphaned link pages, link schemes, sponsored links, intrusive advertising, etc. The winner will also be offered more work on a full time basis, as we have approximatley 8 other sites for other clients in other fields that will require backlinks.
