Adwords Landing Pages - Adwords Tutor

I am looking at working with a talented adwords marketer 1 on 1 with developing landing pages for a CPA network that I am currently under. I would like to have the landing pages designed beautifully so they will have a high quality score and be approved by adwords. I have been in adult affiliate marketing for years but this is my first time breaking into the mainstream market and need some help getting things going with adwords.
