The language used does not matter but I would prefer application-based development. Web Programming is acceptable, though. I am looking for someone to create an example of "Double Spending" for my class project. I major in Computer Security and this is a end of the semester project for my programming class. Their is no risks as sites have protected against double spending but still shows if it was successful and I would like software that spends bitcoins twice to appear in 2 different wallets even though within a certain amount of time the bitcoins will only reach 1 wallet in reality.
