convert ruby code into java code

I have with me some ruby - coded files (part of a ruby app) that I want to be converted into Java code. The ruby source is attached with this project. Please estimate the number of days/weeks you need to complete this work. EDIT-- I also want a number of small plugins for the ruby app (which are also in Ruby) to be converted to Java-- the new attachment with this project contains ruby source for all plugins + original ruby app...
