Deployment of a Java-based XML Transformation tool for XML & HTML/MathML/ Maple Conversion for Electronic Publishing/ Databases

Our goal is to read the XML file produced by InftyReader([login to view URL]) (.iml extension) and apply transformation using XMLTrans (a Java-based XML Transformation Language for Structured Data") to retrieve the data that we need to an output file before extracting relevant data for inserting it to a sql server table. We need to have XMLTrans installed on a server (an Amazon EC2 ubuntu server). The basic control structure of XmlTrans is the rule. A rule has a left-hand side(LHS) and a right-hand side(RHS). The LHS is a pattern of XML element(s) to match while the RHS is a specification for a transformation on those elements. The two sides are separated by an arrow "->" symbol. Rules can span multiple lines but must be terminated by a semicolon. A simple installation would work fine but we would prefer the deployment of the application with ansible.
