Concept of playing card game

I want to build a concept of a web game. This web game is playing card game. It isn't complex. I want to build this web game in HTML5. Please note the language must be HTML5. The attachment is a video that describe how to play this game. Your task is build a concept of a game that works as my video. Please note: only a concept. You dont need to care about rule of game, data. I only want a concept with UI and effect same as my video. I will send all images that you need for this game. PS: basic flows and use cases of this game: 1. when enter web of the game, you can choose one of 11 sub games. (You only need build UI and effect for 1 sub game) 2. After enter a sub game, you will see list of rooms. There are 3 lists in 3 tabs: All, Room that has available seat, room that is not started. 3. After join an available game, you will be a watcher. you must ready to be a real player. 4. Each player has 13 cards. 5. The winner is player that out of card first.
