Conversion of business tool will be converted from its current MS Office format (questionnaire and explanations) to a software platform. In the latter form the tool will have the following features: a. Scalability to greater use. b. Faster turnaround time as concerns client feedback. c. Deployment on our website. d. Ability to deliver short reports to clients and detailed reports to staff. Our desire is that the project will be executed in 2 - 3 weeks (based on the IT developer's feedback) and tested in real environments immediately to allow for necessary changes.
