Content Templates

I need a template(s) designed for my fck editor for our website. Or, if there is a simpler way to integrate a template into our admin panel, then by all means I am open minded for the best solution that does not use fck editor. Our website, [login to view URL], currently has 1 full-time staff writer, and 2 part-time contract writers. We are currently using fck editor to control the formatting of our articles through our custom built admin panel. This method works fine, but the stock templates for the articles inside fck are not sufficient enough, and we have not been able to use them. I am looking to design more encompassing and reader engaging formatted articles. Currently, we are adding html snippets to the html editor section of our editor, but it is time consuming. Also, I am not really good with programming, so having something in a template format that will allow me to change/add links, add inset photos, have reader polls, etc. are very important. The formatting is very basic and I am desiring someone with the knowledge of creating a series of templates that allow our writers a quicker path to publish the article while giving a more engaging experience for the reader.
