DHTML Slide-in Transparent Popup

I need a DHTML popup like the one on this site: [login to view URL] This is an imaginative slide-in transparent image popup with re-direct. I like the way it looks, not the same old boring popup. It needs to match the colors of my site and include a graduation cap and maybe a stack of money or dollar signs since the subject is college scholarships. The goal is to get visitors to download a free report or mini-ebook about getting free money for college. It would be nice if it automatically closes after a certain amount of time, but I don't know if that's an option.
