Create New Flash Music Player

Hello, We are looking to hire a programmer to create a new and appealing flash player for our homepage. You can view the current player here --> [login to view URL] We would like to be able to easily add, remove and edit mp3 or wav songs. 10-15 songs in the player should be fine. The player should be the same width and height as the current one and should match the site. The player must be cross browser compatible and work in all browsers.
