Create THIS JavaScript effect...

I created a good JavaScript page fade-in, but the client is looking for something that's more complicated... I've experimented, but can't seem to get it. Please look at this site: [login to view URL] The pages CROSS-FADE from one to the next. I can make the pages fade out, then fade in, but not fade out and in at the same time!!! Need someone who knows where to find this code or can create this code TONIGHT! Please bid soon -- No expensive bids or bids of longer than 1 day -- I really don't have the time or money to afford that.
