Hi, I need someone to make a Javascipt library for me. This library will enable a browser app/website (client) send a receive messages to a programmable logic controller(Server) using Modbus TCP. I will create the website, I just need javascipt file that formats the messages in the correct format. This sounds hard but there are two projects that already do this for Node.js (Server side app) and a google chrome app. 95% of the code for this is already written! [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I know these two projects use different methods not compatible with client side Javascript, but that's why I need a web genius to help me figure it out. (Maybe Websocket?) For testing, I am able to set up a PLC accessible online that will communicate using Modbus TCP. If you have questions or comments on whether or not this is possible, just let me know.
