Copy data from one mySQL table into another to add content

I have two Joomla sites, both use predominently the same data but I need some content taken from one site and added to the other. I could do it but its time and time at the moment is at a premium, so I would rather give the job to a freelancer to complete - assuming the price was right! I will give you full cPanel access details for both sites and also Joomla Admin details. Immediate start needed - we're only looking at approx 50 entries to copy over. More details via PMB to those qualified to do the job.
