adsmanager and joomla modification

I have a website that runs on joomla with adsmanager. I want have created in joomla global configuration file 3 more fields google maps api key (for map key) name text, to enter 'Cars in Liberia' like you see in the top menu domain (to enter name [login to view URL]) The field google api key must be linked to the google maps module mod_pecCbGMap and in the plugin for The name text must be visible on the page top left above the menu, on all pages The domain name must be automatically entered in a field in sql database for adverts, so when I add a advertizement through this website the domain is added, like [login to view URL] On liberiacar I want all the advertisements added in [login to view URL] and in [login to view URL], so there should be a filter. The same for [login to view URL] Then I want the text in the title for adsmanager to change accordingly, cars in Liberia, cars in Nigeria etc. next to this there will be a few more modifications, that will be discussed during the project. clear ;-)
