Data Analysis - Ecological Inference

Hi, I am working on a project of ecological inference. One part of the project is about comparing two elections results in greater cities of Turkey at the level of streets using ecological inference methods, which is done and provided you with the code and data. (Analysis Set 1) The other part of this project is about making this comparison at the district level. (In Turkey, streets make up districts and districts make up cities). There are 30 great cities in total. I need an analysis of voting at the levet of district. To be more clear, here are some notes: 1) The names of elections being compared: First one is Belediye Meclisi (shortened as BelMec and the other one is Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanlığı (shortened as BuyBelBas). IL_ID means unique numbers of every city. ILCE_ID means unique numbers for districts. 2) AKPARTI, CHP, BBP, SAADET, BTP, HDP, MHP, DTP, BDP are the names of political parties. You can see their voteshares in percentage under corresponding column. 3) My question of this project is 'Who voted for party X in the election of Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanlığı? I assume that some people voted strategically, while they voted for their prefered party in the election of Belediye Meclisi, they changed their choice strategically to make another party win in the election of Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanlığı. The task is making ecological inference at the level of district 'ILCE_ID'. And make tables of the results showing every district in Latex. My proposed amount is 50$.
