CPA Lead Generation Partner SPLIT 50/50

I am looking for an excellent provider who can generate 5000/10000 leads per month who would be interested in spliting profits for those leads which would be about .75cents a lead. simple zip/email submit BIG MONEY!!! * Unique IP's – * NO fraudulent sign-ups, Duplicates, Black Hat or ANY spamming activities (no money will be paid if this is the case) * NO using proxies to create fake profiles, changing IP's or other underhand techniques.
