Complete Marketing List for US Commercial/Business Banks and Commercial/Business Bankers

I have started building a marketing list that will reach commercial/business bankers in all 50 states (states that have been completed are noted in "Banker Associations" tab in Column I called "Complete?"). I need to complete this with a minimum of 100 commercial bankers with contact info including e-mail addresses per state. E-mail addresses should be verified once completed. Any failures should be deleted or edited. (See tab "Bankers") Potential sources for contact info of business/commercial bankers are bank websites, chamber of commerce sites, state banking associations, LinkedIn, etc. No consumer or retail banker contact information needed. Must be business/commercial bankers. Also, I need the e-mail address for the leaders of all of the banking associations. (See tab "Banker Associations") Cells highlighted in Yellow are missing data and this data should be added where possible.
