I need an appeal letter / motion for a new trail. Its a small claim case, suing a Landlord for damages $5000. I had a court trail on 08/12/2011 and, the judge's final decision is recovery of my damages $1500 (my security & pet deposit)+courts fees. I am unhappy with the court's decision and would like to file a motion for a new hearing or an appeal.
