Because it's just a consultation job so I would be happy to give you the scenario.. Infact i'll tell you now.. Well buy two/three/four or whatever servers you want to act as dns and then buy one/two for load balance.. Use HAProxy to loadbalance.. There you have your cluster. :) .. Have fun ... :)
