Configure Email To Work On Second Server - ongoing work -- 2

I hired AlxKS to set up my mail from a second server. He seemed to do it and do it well, to the point that I gave him a bonus and wrote a glowing report about him, however my mail is not working today, and the message he left is that he is not available to work on it. To my knowledge everything is set up on the second server. All the DNS and MX records point to it from my main server. The last email he sent was: It was caused by stopped postfix and dovecot: [root@mail ~]# service postfix status master dead but pid file exists [root@mail ~]# service dovecot status dovecot is stopped I have enabled autostart for these services to avoid long downtime. However I still am unable to send or receive mail.
