Converting 1 logo and create 1 new.

Hello there, i have an e-shop. Now these days i am going to print bags, tapes, cards and many other stuff. The project you have to do has two parts. Part 1: Remake my current logo to three version. I'll provide you the .psd, .eps, .ai or anything you need. I say remake coz it's easy e.g to turn it to one color but looks very bad. Logo: Version with 1 color (black) Version with 2 colors Version with 3 colors Part 2: Make me a new logo which will be 1 color only. Make it good to look good on printed tapes, boxes etc. It needs to be beautifull but not too "loaded". The word which will be used is the "GsmCorner" with some good design or "[login to view URL]", or it can be the word "GsmCorner" with very small letters on the downside which will say "[login to view URL]". I don't know, i give ideas, but i will be very "stiff" on choosing a good logo. I can give you some ideas of logos i liked, that they are one color I need good work, coz once the tapes, bags, boxes, etc get printed, they can't be changed! And it going to be much pieces..
