Dear Madam or Sir, I have great experience in Machine Learning. As a mathematician I am familiar with the theoretical background, and as a software developer, I am familiar with the best practises of the implementation of scalable, testable, and maintainable software. I have implemented almost every machine learning algorithm from scratch in Python, and Matlab. Moreover, I am familiar with the standard machine learning algorithms in Python, Matlab, R, C#, and Java. Did I understand you correctly that you want to suggest to a user new flight deals, or new hotel deals bases on the deals he has already clicked on or has bocked in the past? In this case would not suggest using deep learning, but using conventional (statistical) suggestion techniques. There has been done very few research on deep learning for suggestion. I have my masters in machine learning and I have done project in deep learning in my thesis so I will be able to complete it

Hello sir, I was recently completed my Master Degree in computer Engineering. During the master degree, I was working on Handwritten English Character recognition with machine learning(SVM and ANN) as a part of my research work(dissertation/project). On that time, i was explored about deep learning. So, My proposal is : Give me this work as my research work in deep learning and i will give you analyse your both data with deep learning. I will use Matlab technology. but if i found any other techs more suitable during work, I will try that also. I also need some basics info related your data base. Like which fields/info are available. This way, You get your results and i start my new research and get some money. I can reduce money if you agree with me. Thank You.

I have been working in machine learning for 10 years, and could readily apply algorithms to the flight and hotel datasets. I would provide the software and corresponding documentation.
