Hi There! I am a native English speaker born and bred in South Africa, but I have been living in Sweden for the past 8 years now. Since 2013 I have been working in GoExcellent which is the biggest customer call centre in the Nordic Region today. I started at "base" level, working with invoicing, technical help and sales for a TV distribution company. Within 1-2 months of working there I was promoted to the customer retention department because of my sales results. At this department my job was to sell to and also keep, current customers from changing to another service by convincing them to stay. Basically all day everyday, I had to be quick on my feet and be able to keep calm and be clever enough to win arguments that started with me being on the back foot. All of this was also done in Swedish, which is not my first language. Before we continue I would like to be able to talk/chat to someone about the project/product etc. We can also discuss the pay/hours and go over any other questions both of us might have.
