Create a customized fuzzy toolbox in MATLAB (GUI)

I have an urgent project. The project is to create a customized fuzzy toolbox in MATLAB using GUI (graphical user interface). The created toolbox is required to include two types of membership functions (triangular and trapezoidal) and just centroid deffuzification method and also window to enter IF-THEN rules. This toolbox should be constructed based on Mamdany type (type I). Finaly the toolbox should be able to simulate a simple fuzzy inference system like tipping system or other fuzzy inference system.
