Convert Strategy into a EA, Repost 4

Hello, Having done extensive work in the binary options market where I create strategies and develop them as EAs, I consider myself the right person to perform this project for you. What you need is an indicator that fits the following criteria: a) Must work on the latest MT4 Build 600 platform. Any indicators or EAs created with older versions of the MT4 will not work properly because of the extensive changes to the platform which has merged features of the MT4 and MT5 into a single platform. b) The indicator should produce visual and sound signals, such that the appearance of a green arrow which points upwards (CALL option) or red arrow pointing downwards (PUT option) should be followed by a simultaneous sound alert which tells the trader that a signal has appeared. c) A dialog box should also appear which indicates the TIME that the signal appeared (so you don't trade old or outdated signals), the asset to be traded as well as the expected time it will take to achieve trade objectives. The latter will be used to calculate the expiry time for the trades. You can then take the signals an execute them on your binary options platform. This is something I can handle.
