So. I want to create a "freemium" app (free to download and install and use > but for more functionality u need to pay small amounts of money). The app is for ANDROID devices, but it can be done for iOS as well. The BRIEF for the app: It's an app for completing tests for theoretical exam for driving license. The user enters the app and makes the test. From 26 questions he or she needs to answer to a minumum of 22 (so u are permited 4 mistakes). On each question there are 3 possible answers (A B C), with multiple selection of answers (for example: A and C, or A and B and C) So the user must complete 26 questions, get a minimum of 22 good answers! In case of 4 wrong answers the user does not pass the exam! Here comes the good part: the user can self learn from the wrong answer by buing the correct answer of the question! If he gets "can you cross the street on red light?" and the users answers "yes i can" > it is a wrong aswer > and for a amount of money he can find out the good answer! Hi, You need to build back-end and front-end for this app. By back-end admin can enter exam and answer pair which can be used as a medium to measure the answer from the app user. And app user can select answers which was pulled from server. For android and ios, I think phonegap is the right one. I have rich experience in making mobile app and web service.
