I want an app to run on Android, more specifically Galaxy 3 Tablet. The app will take a photo and then process it into a Sketch Portrait. This is currently done with many programs, but I want a twist. As the photo is being rendered into the sketch portrait. I want the progress shown on the screen with a virtual hand holding a pencil and drawing it as more and more of the portrait is done. Then I want print capabilities. If it would be easier and cheaper, it can be done on a Windows Platform.

Hi , The project seems interesting. Definately there are many sketching apps available in market , but getting a hand proress bar which will sketch exactly at the points where the image is being changed into sketch is a nice twist.
