Android + Web App

I want to create a simple native app for android that contains around 8 screens. The app is intended to serve as a tool to enter data instantaneously on the field by the sales agents on the move, so ease of use and loading up quickly is important. The screens have a bunch of fields some of which need to be auto-populated, others need to be entered by the sales person. Last screen needs to have a provision to take pictures of receipts for records. The app has to be modular enough so that I can create an IOS app with least possible rework at a later stage. At the end of the day or month; users will login to a web application (HTML5) to review the data they entered, do reporting and reconcile the sales commission they get from employers. This web application will have 4 screens The GUI design will have to be done as well but I am fine with you reusing something from Format Factory
