I need someone to develop an application that you can use on your phone to pick-up a receiver with a signal on your phone. i want this to be simple. i.e something that looks like a wi -fi symbol that gets stronger as you're closer. also open to suggestions on a receiver that you can attach to an object that it small and efficient.
