App Proximity Alert (Android)

I wanted an app similar this: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] What I want is that this app is only to inform the user when the points of interest (Alarms) can view the photos on the map and alerts based on your current location May be as currently app but with the following changes: 1 - I (administrator) have to be able to create alarms and the user can not create new ones. 2 - The app should have a folder where the sounds and photos are placed by administrator. 3- I (administrator) have to be able to change the icon on map for photos that should also be in a folder inside the app. Besides the photo must also be visible the alarm name. 4 - I (administrator) must have the possibility to put pictures on each point (Alarm). When the alarm is activated (Sound defined by administrator) the user can view the photos one by one or in slideshow (appropriate). 5 - The map also must have the possibility to see satellite images. 6 - I (administrator) have to be able to change the name of APP and could put Google in Play.
