Dear Client , I can help you to get this done with the features excluding NFC and RFID as I wont be having anything here to test it on the same. Please let me know if this is OK . NFC i can do it on some extent! But RFID i will not be able to build. Other function I promise you to complete and give!

Hello, Your project description appears straight forward. I may be new in freelancer.com but I'm quite 'old' programmer (with degrees from US universities) with about 30 years of experience in various programming languages and platforms, including Android. I suppose you also need some 'screens' for editing the SQLite database (perhaps the manager only can go there). Or, will that db come preloaded? I assume the 'cloud' database & site for HTTP posting is already/will be available, and its design is outside the scope of this project. I would need the RFID reader's communication protocol. I would also need the screen layout if there are specific requirements about that, or I could come up with my own based on your general description. For the boot on power-up, a auto-boot service will be used that will call the main app. The time given is for the first version for you to test. Some more days will most likely be needed to 'calibrate' things the way you want them.
