CM7 - Making apps appear in Android Market

I am using Cyanogenmod CM7 7.1.0RC running completely off a microSD card on a Nook Color. Not all of the apps will show up when searching Market (like Boingo, TripIt, Delta, vevo, Words with friends, swype, weight watchers mobile beta , and yelp). Also, some apps show up but do not have an install button, like Youtube and Facebook. This is only happening with the new Android Market. If you uninstall update and go back to the old Market both install buttons are there and you can download and install the app. I have tried editing the [login to view URL] file and changed the fingerprint and description as well as a number of other lines and I could not get them all to show up. This project is just the first of many that I need done. This one the most urgent.
