Android Apps SIP bridge to GSM Network (APP)

Hi, I have a project to develop Android apps to bridge voice from SIP to GSM, below the requirement and flow Requirement: 1 . Standard SIP protocol, can register in SIP server (PBX or Proxy) 2 . Support SIP TLS 3 . Support Android system 4 . WIFI/3G internet connection (daemon) 5 . G711/G729 speech coding 6 . acoustic echo and noise cancellation 7 . Deliver the source code and installation apps flow SIP PBX/Proxy ->(via internet Wifi or 3G) -> Android Phone -> GSM Network SIP server (PBX or SIP Proxy) send call( via wifi or 3G) to Android Phone, android phone save complete SIP data in the SIM therein and call out via GSM, to achieve SIP and GSM speed flow two way calling.
