Android & Iphone app of directory website

Hi, I have a wordpress website, the website is a restaurant directory. My customers visit my site to look for restaurants to visit by area, food type etc. I want to create an app for android and iphone based on this website with some extras added. When my customers download the app they want to know the best places to eat nearest to them, I need the app to link to my current restaurants on my website and I need to be able to add or remove restaurants at anytime I need the app to do the following. 1. the customer can find a restaurant nearest to them, so it will need to locate the customer via gps etc. 2. the client can search what time of food they want i.e. chinese, indian, english, pub food etc 3. when they find a restaurant it comes up with some images and info about the restaurant including a number, if they click the number the phone will automatically call it. It will also need an option for a taxi service (I will provide the taxi service info for that area) to click a button to call them to pick the customer up from thier location or a location of their choice. Obviously if the customer wants it picking up from thier location, the customer may not know where they are so before they call it will come up with the current location address so again it will need to link with gps. 4. ****THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE APP**** If the customer does not want a taxi and wishes to either walk or drive I will need a route planner/sat-nav on the app or connected to it. i.e. the customer decides to walk from the location they use the app to the nearest restaurant it will pick them up via gps and give them directions including a map/sat-nav to help them something like [login to view URL] THE SAME PRINCIPLES APPLY FOR IF THE CUSTOMER IS DRIVING. here is the link to my website, for reference as it needs the same sort of design/feel [login to view URL] it only has 1 restaurant at the moment but we will add more in the future. any questions please ask and please include in your message the word directory so i know you have read and understood my requirements and in your bid please state if the bid is for either android or apple or both apps. thanks
