I am wanting an app like [login to view URL] The user will login, take a photo or video (capped at 'X' seconds like snapchat does) Upon sending, the photo/video will be sent to 'X' random users that have an account (or/and the users friends if they have any (added via username/contacts)) When the receiving person comes to open the photo/video, I want it to function in the way snapchat does I have posted this elsewhere so it may be cancelled if another party has a better offer (not if a bid has been accepted here) I currently have no budget, therefore disregard the project budget
