Augmented Reality Iphone App

We're looking for an iphone developer to help us bring a project do completion. We need someone with experience with Augmented Reality and Location Based Services. The application is about 75% there and has a companion website with web services (all php/mysql-based). The previous developers did an "ok" job with the project, but misrepresented their knowledge of AR and LBS. Because of this we'll need to see a sample of your AR/LBS work. We are willing to work with a developer who may only want to do the AR part while another team handles website work and non-AR/LBS iphone development. The application detects when you are within the .5 miles of an event. The events are entered on the website using GPS Coordinates. Right now, it pulls up an overlay graphic with three or four interactive buttons. They work "okay", but they aren't as accurate as we want them to be and we want to be able to add more screens and easily manage them via the website. If you are interested in working on the whole project, we also need our "crowd-sourcing" area of the application developed out farther. It's also about 75% developed, needs some bugs worked out and we need to add a new sport to it. Currently it is setup where a person registers, chooses a player and fills out an application to server as a 'stat-tracker' for that player when they attend an event. We've set it up for football, but want to also be able to track basketball for launch. Finally, we need to add a "scorekeeper" function to it. Right now, individual players are tracked, but the users who track them do not track other scores that are made in the game. Upon signature of a non-disclosure agreement, we can provide a login to view the website and the application (we have the source code from the developer, but don't know how to authorize someone to use it on another iphone; you may know this.
