I would like to write an iphone app for reading the Bible. The app would have the whole text of the Bible packed so that there is no need for internet access. The app should also follow the daily reading schedule that I provide (most days would have a portion of the Old Testament a portion from the New Testament, another portion from psalms/proverbs but this could be provided) It should be organized by day (so all of the reading portions for today are accessible from one screen without having to jump around in the app too much) After reading the portions for the day, the user should be able to mark the portion as "read". Also it would need the ability to add personal notes to any chapter in the Bible. Customization of the reading interface is also nice as well as auto-scrolling functions.
