Create tableview iOS app in xcode

Create xcode project of iOS app that uses a custom tableview of categories that leads to items that can be downloaded from web and then accessible to the user via itunes file sharing on their computer. Must be compatible with xcode 4.5, iOS 5.0 and above and all screen sizes. In addition, app will have one in app purchase and feature in app advertising.
