Develop an iPhone app that edits photos

What I provide: Screenshots/mockups of the app and a description of how it works. What I need: An iPhone app ready to submit to the App Store in less than two weeks. Besides the coding, I also need graphic design help to create the app icon, some content for app, and screenshots for App Store. Note: I prefer to work with a team of people who have development and graphic design skills. Requirements: Native English speaker Great communication skills Ability to meet project deadlines Skills needed: Coding/development of iPhone app in C and Javascript Graphic design - create app icon, some content for app, screenshots for App Store Development skills to create a photo editing app About the app: The iPhone app works with photos to add/edit them then shares the result with friends on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc. My hiring process: 1. Review the candidates. 2. Select the best candidates based on their experience, ability to communicate, portfolio, etc. 3. Send an invitation to interview and an NDA for you to return. 4. Once the NDA is received, interview the candidate via Skype or otherwise. 5. Receive a bid from you. 6. Choose the best bid, begin the project with a small test. 7. If the small test goes well, then continue with the project. 8. Finish the project, pay you, and give you a glowing review.
