I am looking for a freelancer to develop a mobile app to work on both IOS / ANDROID mobile phones. The App must be able to : 1) Be installed but hidden from user. 2) Binded to the phone's IMEI , so its unique and cannot be shared 3) Will expire 365 days from time installed and have to be renewed 4) Be able to be renewed each year 5) Have a reminder notice pop up 30 days before expiry date and another reminder 2 days before expiry and optional renewal after expired. 6)Administrator must be able to change USSD message being sent if need arises.
