I have an idea for an app that I want developed. I dont want to write to much just because i do not want anyone taking the idea. What I am looking for is someone who can be a part of the project; to create and continuously update the app as needed. If it is something that you are interested in, we can discuss the actual app further in detail once a nondisclosure statement has been signed. I need someone who is experienced, timely, and communicates well. Our budget is between 3000 to 5000 but will pay as needed for updates and improvements after the app is created and launched.
