I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. Android scanning web page App. A background app running on android app will refresh the browser in x seconds, send out SMS to mobile numbers and have a alert sound on the device if keywords NOT found on the web page. The "keywords" , alert sound a d web page refresh time can be config in setup menu. P.s. The web page to be refresh need login.
