Create a Mobile Website

Create various usertypes login which will be defined & controlled by Admin login. Thus require Admin at top and usertypes in a tree leaf and if require sub-usertype to each of the usertypes. Admin should failiate different components on usertypes login page. Usertypes - subusertypes should interact by peer-peer comunication. Store this communication in database. Admin should be able to control the database and provide require priviledges to access usertypes and sub-usertypes to access the data. All users with respective usertypes users should store data in database and access data wit hrequired priviledges.
