We want an Android smartphone with open source. Must communicate with the OBDII system for petrol cars, considering all existing protocols for OBDII and manufacturers. It must be developed from the Bluetooth Chat application (open source) available on the Internet. The application must have the matching capacity with any ELM 327 (Bluetooth / OBDII converter). The application after pairing should monitor real-time vehicle speed (rpm) and consumption (may be via the text box). Only that. The application should be developed on the Android open source so we can change the source code according to our need. We need time price and delivery
