Build a cemetery Records site

The site was started in Ruby on Rails. I have documentation to help guide...I am looking for an idea of what it would take to finish the site. I have screen shots and examples. It has been awhile since I used Scriptlance and I am not certain how to have a prospective bidder look at what I have completed to see what is left and how to bid. I am attaching a PDF...it is an outline of the site. You should be able to get a pretty good idea of where we are going. I have it all detailed out...the site has been started...much of the back end work is complete. Cemeteries, memorials --- the larger pieces. We will need to design the front end or apply a skin. The PDF is just a starting point for discussion. If you are interested we can chat further. Much of the work you see in the outline is calling up data and displaying it. The Cemeteries and the memorials/veterans are added by the members or through an admin panel...and you would not be responsible for any of this. Other features like the PX is a link to a store...so only a little work here. Upon winning the successful bid I will require a non-disclosure agreement be signed. Basically that all work be returned to me or destroyed and that nothing be made public until all work is completed.
