Create a search by zipcode and show results in grid

I need to create a search functionality by zipcode where user can specify, make, model, year, price, distance. Results should be showed in grid with seo paging. Also should be a filter, by price high to low, low to high, year high to low, low to high, by date newest to oldest, oldest to newest. I have a data about 1000000 listings, so it should render result within couple secs. no matter how many cars rendered 10 or 4000 application must be written in c# ajax or more efficient technology. finally it will be integrated to asp.net application
