Custom scroll button for metatrader 4

Description: What I need is a scrolling Button (large desktop Icon) to work with Metatrader 4, so that I can scroll through all my charts all at once with ease, I have multiple monitors (3 of them). The Code would tell MT4 to scroll to the next chart when I click the mouse on it, (please see the power point file attached to this project), this will order the MT4 to switch charts similar to press Ctrl + F6, but on all the windows at once I will need this to work with windows Vista Ultimate 64bit. I really do not have a preference on how this code is implemented so as long it works. Skills required: C++ Programming, C# Programming, Metatrader Specifications: ·The desktop button should sit on the desktop outside of the Metatrader window. ·The Button or Icon should be large enough for ease of use (about 2 x 1 inches) . or size adjustable if posible. ·The code should start and stop automatically when Metatrader started or shutdown. Could you please give me an estimate of the cost and time for completion. Thanks
