booking form wanted

Hi i have a client who needs a booking form for a hair salon, they have asked for them to be able to take bookings direct in the shop and through thir website and also networking sites like facebook. basically the form will look like a spreadsheet with the staff names at the top of each coloumn and then 15min slots which will autofill when the customer inputs what they want e.g cut only take 15 mins so will only take up one slot colour will take 1 hour so will take up 4 slots and so on but then it must have the ability to be over riden as some customers only take 45 mins for a colour so then the staff will over ride the time when they get the booking at the salon. hope this is enough info if anyone takes this on then the salon is strictly wanting a specific form and all things that go with it. they want to be able to send a email and/or text to the customer to remind of the appointment with the ability in the form to get the customers in a database then able to email/text future offers etc. they say they looked into commercially available software but none are anygood. the winning bidder on this will be the one who has the idea of what is needed and more with it so it will depend on your reply on this as much detail as possible as to what you will do please thank you
